Very bad experience at Mr. Lube. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and they made us wait a long time without any clear communication. Even though it wasn’t busy, no one seemed to care or apologize for the delay. They also spoke to us with attitude when we asked questions. Definitely not going back—poor customer service all around.
Absolutely awful. Whoever is running this clearly doesn’t care about quality or customers. The product was trash, and the service was even worse. Save yourself the headache and spend your money somewhere that actually gives a damn

I had a terrible experience at this oil service location. The employees were extremely rude and unprofessional throughout my visit. What’s worse, I experienced clear racial discrimination — I was spoken to disrespectfully while others were treated kindly and fairly. It was uncomfortable, offensive.
