Mixed experiences at this location depending on staff. Some are very pushy with upcharges. Had an issue with conflicting information about what transmission fluid was acceptable for my vehicle, Justin was super helpful working with me to get a solution that worked
Upselling with synthetic oil change. The owner of the location for whatever reason removed standard option for synthetic oil change and left only Premium version which costs 40$ higher than standard. Doing the oil change in other locations as I thought synthetic and paying around 100$ this location using the impression that it’s franchise system and they have the same options manipulated the system and left only expensive option I guess to make more money lying to clients. Avoid this place.

Was scammed into a very unnecessary expensive engine flush via a cute trick of showing me a dirty oil cap (of course the cap is dirty, no one cleans the cap, it’s the oil you should be checking) They also tried to upsell on a bunch of unessiary other things like a new battery

Also had transmission fluid changed here, I know my vehicle was overdue for this but I started having more hard-shifting issues after the transmission oil change. After reviewing my invoice, I can see they put in a non-recommended (ATF-CVT) oil in my vehicle (requiring Dexron VI). Now I need to have to changed out again and hope it isn't permanently damaged.
