This place lost a long time customer. Their upselling tactics are annoying and a scam! While getting my oil change one of the technicians pulled out “my” spark plug and showed me an extremely melted and worn out plug. He told me they needed to be replaced for $200 and I need to bring my vehicle back Tuesday because they are out of stock. I never told him replace them and didn’t like his pushy tactic.
