Never again. Oil changed yesterday afternoon. I checked it this morning, and it's low. Those people working there are incompetent, negligent, and disrespectful.
I visited the Kingsway location at Medicine hat and I will never go there again. I went to just pump up a tire that was a little down and had been so for days. We called to ask if they charge for topping up air and I know all locations of Mr Lube do not charge. They claimed there was a leak which I knew was a lie because I had driven with it for days after the notice on dashboard. They took off the tire to fix and came back telling me the valve was broken because whoever tightened it did it too tight. This was done several m... read more
