Never go to mister lube if I could give zero stars I would. On April 23rd I went to Mr. Lube for a oil change. A few. Weeks later. My car stopped working.Had a check engine light on. Had the car toad to mitsubishi. And They found Mr lube over Filled the oil. And blown the motor in the car. The car is only supposed to have 3 L oil. And mitsubishi drained 4.5 L. This location has gone downhill extremely fast. I no longer go here and go elsewhere for oil changes.
We’ve been going to this Mr. Lube location in east Saint John for several years — oil changes, tire swaps, filter replacements — and used to be happy with the service. The mechanics were professional, fast, and didn’t try to push anything extra. But things have seriously gone downhill. The entire staff seems to have changed, and the new crew? Pushy as hell.
