I came in with two flat tires and two dented rims (thanks to one big pot hole!). They were able to patch me up in no time and hammer my rims back in to place. Probably a temporary fix, but great service nonetheless!
When I had a fluke issue with a piece of metal sticking out of my tire, they were able to help. Although it was a busy time and therefore a lengthy 2 hour wait, once they did get to me they were able to get the tire off and the metal piece out quickly. Thankfully it had been wedged in the tread and there was no damage to the tire. They were even kind enough to not charge me, due to the long wait and simple fix. Much appreciated.
waited 4 hour to put the winter tire and said he cant put the tire. worst service ever. wasted my 4 hours. will not recommend this store to anyone.
If you need to go any of the locations in saint john, west is the better of the two. The employees took me seriously which was nice. They actually handled a nasty client well while i was in the bay (trust me she was losing her mind) they were even good to her and rightfully I believed if they had refused service it was justified.
