Been a customer since they opened. Staff has been very helpful and friendly. A couple times I needed a little fix and wasn't charged, that went a long way for me as far as a customer. They are eager to help and get you on the way. Nothing but great things to say. All businesses make mistakes but it's how you deal with the problem and customers is what makes a business! Great work Mr.Lube west!
