I had a fantastic experience at this Mr. Lube location, specifically thanks to Aditya. From the moment I pulled in, he was professional, welcoming, and clearly knew his stuff. He walked me through the service requirements for my vehicle without any high-pressure sales tactics, which I really appreciated. The service was quick, efficient, and Aditya made sure all my questions were answered before I left. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days—I’ll definitely be back and asking for him specifically
The manager, the team were extremely rude and unprofessional. We have never encountered such experience at any other Mr. Lube locations. Based on this experience I will never bring my business to this shop.
