Worst oil change center ever, Dont let them check anything while doing the oil change as the pull off the wires or do something and tell you that your lights are not working your brake has issues and blah blahhhh If you want to ruin your hard earned money go to mr lube. Came to get my battery replaced but left with out changing because of Terrible service Aman was providing. Told me 15 minute now saying 30 minute job.
Very disappointed with my experience at Mr. Lube. I brought in my new vehicle for a simple oil change, and within less than 8 km I had a low oil level warning, a dry dipstick, smoke coming from the vehicle, and oil all over my driveway. Instead of taking responsibility, I was treated as if I didn’t know how to check my own vehicle and was told they had “shown me the wrong side of the stick.” When I asked for reimbursement, the regional manager’s response was that he would “give him 24hrs to think about it,” despite the fact ... read more
Great experience here! Quick service and hardworking staff. Tim organized my oil change and did great. Kamal the mechanic at the store really made a huge difference. Did diagnostics on my car and had great insights, helped me turn off my engine light, replace my vents and all without breaking the bank. Fast service at an auto shop is not something I expect generally but they surprised me today with how quick they could handle all the work my car needed and have it back to me in 3 hours.
