I’m sharing a great experience I had with Puneet, one of the technicians at Mr Lube in Erin Mills and Britannia location. He was friendly and knowledgeable, knew what he was doing and explained clearly what some of the upsells means. I went for oil and filter change of my car and got a very good understanding of what is coming next in terms of scheduled maintenance.
I had a great experience at Mr. Lube recently. The service was fast and efficient, and I didn’t even need an appointment. Aman, the technician who worked on my car, was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, from the oil options to the additional checks on fluids, tire pressure, and filters. I visited for an oil change, and I must commend the staff—JJ and Prabhnoor—for their excellent service and polite demeanor. However, I would like to offer a suggestion for the supervisory staff: clear and professional communication is crucial, especially when addressing customer inquiries.
