Frustrating Experience – Poor Communication & Unethical Practices I initially visited Mr. Lube on July 14th for a routine oil change on my 2017 Honda. During the visit, I inquired about getting Freon added and was quoted a specific price. I returned today to have it done, only to be told that the price had increased by $100. I was informed that any vehicle 2018 or newer requires a more expensive Freon — but my car is clearly a 2017. Despite pointing this out, they refused to honor the original price I was given.
