We pulled into Mr Lube West Kelowna the day before heading back to Vancouver with a nail in the tire. Within 30 minutes these guys repaired our tire! These guys were fantastic and efficient and so nice! Thank you so much! Excellent service!
Stopped in to have a screw in tire repaired. Both techs came out and literally laughed at me - said it wasn't repairable and NOONE would repair it... said I would need a whole new set of tires. Didn't offer to fill it with air for me or anything. Just said, let us know if you want to buy tires. Sent a picture to my mechanic who said he could patch it no problem. Clearly these guys are out to rip people off - beware!
Last weekend I went to get my 4 summer tires on rims put on my vehicle, 1 of which needed to be repaired for a leak. Got there at 9:30am, waited an hour to pull into the bay, yes they were apologetic as they were switching another customers 4 rubbers to rims, in my opinion that is not a 3 person job, especially since one employee was standing there on his phone. Sat in the bay for 30 mins while he started switching 1 tire, half way through he walked out to retorque someone else's tires in the parking lot who had been sitting... read more

Went in to have a bolt removed from tire and had it plugged. The customer service WAS THE BEST and service was quick. I am a very satisfied customer and will always go back. Thanks yous guys MEGA MUCH :)
