Went in for winter tire change over. They swapped the tires, brought the charge machine, put the transaction through then told me their compressor wasnt working and could not check the tires. I asked if they could at least check the pressure manually. They checked one tire. It was 12 pounds low. They offered no solution. I had to drive to the compitition to get the correct pressure filled. Yes, I was charged full price.
Had some tires done last min, just walked in and out in about 10 min. Harry was pleasant and professional. No hassle, no excuses.
The team at Mr. Lube (Dobbin Rd West Kelowna) is exceptional. The guys are both friendly and efficient! They not only changed over my tires, but repaired a flat (at no charge)! I appreciated that they let me 'observe' the process. This gave me full confidence and appreciation for the quality of their work!
I have never seen anything like it… Please, DO NOT GO HERE!!! They tried to rip me off, did not want to honour my valid coupon. If that wasn’t enough when I looked at my bill they had charged me for an item I never wanted. Never again! Steer clear of this scamming establishment.
Had a great experience today getting my tire repaired! Friendly and fast service. Will definitely be going back there again!
