Is there any way to rate for negative rating .. I would happily do that. I sent my daughter in for a simple oil change and ended up paying over $500 in additional repairs due to damage caused by the service team—they damaged the start-up engine and messed up with the security of the car during the process and ultimatelyend up in towing my car to repair shop. good service- do a good job careful on the add ons- add up- and not always clear the extra fees. ie. sanitize, when doing cabin air filter- seperate cost

The supervisor (Sai) was great. He pumped my tires for free of charge. Amazing customer service!
They handled my car quickly and explained what needed attention without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. That honesty keeps me coming back.
