I had a very concerning experience at the Jiffy Lube location at 610 King Street West in Waterloo. My son brought his vehicle in as he was concerned about a loud noise coming from his wheels and was advised that incorrect rims had been installed. He was told the location could not fix the issue because the correct rims were not available. He was not charged and was told to take the vehicle to another garage after their mechanic assessed the vehicle. I had an extremely unprofessional experience at this Mr. Lube. I came in with 4 tires. One tire was a different brand than the other three, but it was the correct size, in good condition, and safe for the vehicle. Instead of simply explaining their policy professionally, the staff immediately tried to pressure me into buying two new tires from them on the spot. Please do not use this shop. My daughter came home in tears, very distraught, after an oil change. I've never seen anything like this. She went in for an oil change in her Hyundai. She was charged $200 for the oil change, received an oil treatment she didn't ask for ($50), and was told that they couldn't reattach her skid plate and that SHE had to go to Parts Source to pick up new fasteners. Excellent service! The mechanic named "Jai" was honest, professional, and explained everything clearly. They fixed my Toyota Corolla quickly tire rotation and at a fair price. And he said i need to replace my tire very soon due to worn and he saw a cracked. I highly recommend this shop Mr.Lube waterloo to anyone looking for trustworthy automotive service...
