I had a great experience at Mr. Lube & Tire thanks to Falsal. He was extremely professional while checking my car tires and made sure everything was done properly. On top of that, his customer service was outstanding. He greeted me with a warm smile, was very patient, and took the time to explain things clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. Falsal definitely deserves a raise. I’ll absolutely be coming back here for future car services. Highly recommend!
