Amazing staff especially Amit and Kaify. They helped me out when my car was over heating and I didn't know what to do. They were very kind and explained everything to me did all they could and even recommended a great mechnic to further help me when they couldn't. I am so lucky to have walked the their mr lube and not the other place we were thinking of going. 10/10 would recommend 👌

I'm not sure what happened to this location, new management and staff maybe, but I will not be back. I have been going to this location for service for many years, but have not been in for about a year. The staff turnover was shocking, not one person that used to work there (for 10+ years) was around anymore, they were one of the reasons I continued to go here. I have been going here for years with multiple different vehicles, typically with great service. Over the last year or so with changed staff and management there have been multiple attempts to "upsell" additional services that are not required but made to feel like there are mandatory or dangerous to the vehicle if not done asap. i.e. Breaks, transfer case, front and rear dif. (in my vehicle 60,000km changes are recommended), each time I go in every 12,000km for a regular oil change I am told these addtional fluids need chan... read more
Had a great experience at Mr. Lube with my Mercedes C300. Shoutout to Tanver – real good guy, super professional and friendly. He made sure everything was taken care of properly and explained things clearly. Even the manager went above and beyond and offered me an excellent espresso while I waited great touch of hospitality! Highly recommend this location. Efficient, respectful, and top-notch service all around. Will definitely be back!
