Had winter tires put on in December, they didn’t put the lock piece for the nuts back. The sledge hammer they used to take my tires off damaged the wheel bearings on both front sides, and within a few days of the tire change a loud scraping sound started. Not good service, no concern for your vehicle or how they will leave it. Should have known better, once at the same location during an oil change they asked me to start the engine up and rev it a couple thousand RPM but they hadn’t put new oil in it yet.
