I recently had a terrible experience at this location. I used to get my oil changed here at Torbay instead of at Kenmount, where I had a similar problem. On January 30, around noon, I went to the Torbay location for an oil and engine filter change. After the service, the staff asked me to press the brake so they could check my brake lights. He insisted one wasn't working, even though I knew they were fine when I arrived. Excellent service for a fair price. Efficient process that identified the problem and fixed it within a half hour. Friendly customer service.
They guys here are awesome and do great work! They have gotten me out of a pickle a few times over the years I’ve been going there, most recently fixing up a tire after I got a flat! Always respectful and helpful!
