One guy put a nail on my all season tire
3 hours and $109 to change over tires that were already on rims. My original plan was to save the effort of doing it myself 🙄. The owner called me to explain why my review was wrong 😂 great customer service 😁. My oil change came on my dash, not only did they proceed to change it, they did several points checking ensuring that the vehicle runs well. That's the way to do it.
We waited 45 minutes to go inside for tire puncture. Finally when our turn came in , guy said this spot doesn’t have jack to lift the car, you have to go back out and wait in line again go to another spot. What the hell , like what ? Is this customer service ? Moreover only 2 spots were working , 3rd one they had their car standing there (i mean they closed that lane). Please guys you really need to improve the service.
