Beware of upselling! They will talk super fast at you and try to sell you things you didn’t ask for or want. I told the mechanic all I wanted to do was the oil change, and before I know it, I hear someone below the car spraying it with under oil. They also told me I needed new spark plugs. I brought my car to my usual mechanic, who opened the hood and indicated that the spark plugs had very obviously not even been touched. I have wasted my money here for the last time.
