My daughter said she wanted an oil change only. They charged 180.00. They said she needed the transmission flushed. She called her Dad and he said no way as it was 300.00. She told the guy no but he did it anyway saying he had already started it but he did not have her consent to proceed.
I went in for an oil change and the guy charged me $700 for fluid services I didn’t need even after I said no, but he already started it without my consent and said there was no going back. Dishonest and so unethical. The guy kept walking away from me when I said no. $190 for an oil change was crazy and somehow my total came to $700. I’ve emailed corporate and called and received no resolution. DO NOT GO HERE
