Extremely unprofessional experience. The mechanic was rude, arrogant, and very disrespectful. He does not know how to talk to customers at all. Instead of explaining things properly, he spoke in a dismissive and aggressive manner. I came in with a flat tire. When I refused to buy an expensive tire from him and said I would take my car elsewhere, he refused to give me my car keys. That behavior is unacceptable.
