My entire car was covered in oil — windshield, panoramic roof, engine bay — everything. Absolutely awful. They revved the engine during a flush without even putting the oil cap back on, and the oil sprayed everywhere. They didn’t clean a single thing and just gave the car back like nothing happened. I had to pay $300 out of my own pocket to fix their mess. This level of negligence is unbelievable. I’m never coming back, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place
I went to Mr. Lube in Barrhaven this morning for a simple tire change (tires without rims). One staff member checked my tires when I arrived and told me to stay in line. I waited 2 hours in the queue. When my turn finally came, a different guy looked at the same tires and told me that 2 tires were good and 2 were bad, and they could only install the good ones. Will NEVER come back to this location! I arrived at 6:45 am. After an hour and a half I am still sitting in a line up to get a slow leak in my tire fixed! Only one car has been done. And right after that they let a car from the back of line pull in ahead of my car and the 3 cars ahead of me! When I got here I was told it would be about an hour. At this rate I will be sitting here for 5 hours. Worst experience ever!
