. Timely entering the stall but too much time wasted with trying to upsale. All I wanted was an oil change and the person kept adding to my bill and I had to keep saying no. He kept explaining that I “needed” a transmission fluid change and I knew that I did not. I was so stressed by the end because of the upsaling and because I was going to be late for an appointment. Then he pretended that the printer was not working and I had to wait outside for the receipt. He then stood by as if waiting for a tip….i will never go back!
Disappointed !!!! They emailed me some promotions. I got there and changed my car oil this morning. I showed them my coupon which is (free a hand vacuum when customer change oil until 31st August). And they told me they don’t have that. If you don’t have why did you promote it ???
It took 4 hours to change my tires, not including the time I spent waiting for my turn.
