We have been going to Tillsonburg Mr Lube for at least 2 years for regular oil changes in all our vehicles. Today, I took in an email sent to me for $49.99 oil change, before they even started Deep gave me estimate for 3 filters and an upgraded oil. I said you haven’t even looked at filters, he replied they need replacing each time. I agreed to the 3 filters (big mistake) and I only wanted the $49.99 oil change which I repeated over and over.
