Fast and good job cleaning/mounting /balancing/rotating my new tyres however when I was there I was told my transmission fluid was due for replacement on my new used Corolla I purchased a month ago. I declined the $250 that the man here offered for the service and chose to do it myself. After draining the fluid just now I'm seeing it's looks exactly the same as the fluid as I was putting it meaning it was basically new and was no where near needing to be changed. While there was a lot of staff (at least 2 per bay) the service was very slow. Over 30 minutes per oil change (watched 2 in the queue before my turn). In addition, they try to upsell service like engine oil flush. Funny they could not figure out how to check the air filter under the engine cover.
New management is charging 30% more, and vibe has gone weird, pass. (Meanwhile gotta love the 5-stars from posters that have five reviews or less, these seem to magically appear after negative reviews from real people giving actual feedback )

Came here on August 1st for an oil change on my truck and was pleased at the service I received from the staff, as well as providing me with a clear breakdown of costs which gave me confidence in the quality of service the would provide for my vehicle. I was hesitant to come here originally because I assumed it would be even more expensive than other places but that was a false assumption! I’ll be back in the future.
