Mike was GREAT! From the time I called in to get a quote till the time I went in to pay for the service he was so helpful. I needed my thermostat replaced, my car was ready in 2 hrs. Same day service! They are truly heaven sent! Thank you so much for the great experience, as a woman it’s so hard to trust shops but they did not try to upsell me saying this is wrong or that is wrong! They fixed the problem promptly and came with a warranty. Car is running great!
When I say best service and prices, I mean it. I took my vehicle in because I was hearing a weird clunking noise and a bad squeaking sound whenever I pressed the brakes. After taking it to Mr. Lube, they inspected it and found that my front lower control arm was worn out and falling apart, which explained the clunking noise I had been hearing. Avoid this place! Quoted me $192 for both the front and bake brakes plus labor. Took it for a second opinion and my brakes are perfectly fine and do not need replacing. I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere.
