5 stars!! exceptional service when I really needed it I accidentally hit a parking stop and ended up with a metal heat-shield plate hanging under my 2018 Odyssey. I was rushing to get my kids to an appointment and this Mr Lube on Harwood Rd in Bedford was right down the road. I pulled in expecting a wait or a “we’re too busy” answer. Great guys, worth it.
They provided me great service. Initially I had issues but I told them about the problems I had after servicing with them. They worked on it performed diagnostics. Hopefully it will resolve my issue. But as far as service is concerned they have provided me great service over the last few years.
I am really really disappointed with their service. I am a REGULAR customer and I changed 4 brakes pads with them paying over $400 but now I am having issues where my rear brake pads are burning for no reason. Before coming to you, my vehicle was running really fine, brakes were working fine but now smoke is coming out of my brake pads and the wheels are not moving at all. As a customer my trust has been broken after the terrible service.
