I never like to leave bad reviews because it can really affect someone’s way of life but it needs to be known how awful and still dealing with Mr.lopez poor quality work when I had him come do a big renovation after buying a house. He used latex paint on oil paint trim and now I have my whole house chipping. His crew was sloppy and spilled paint all over my belongings and floors. He had spilled grout all over my newly installed counter tops and let it dry. He installed my new front door wrong so now I have a moisture problem... read more
Not only did Mr. Lopez constantly change his price, he and his staff left several things undone or half done. Not honest and talks about customers if he THINKS you don’t understand Spanish.
Hardy board siding on the house required some siding replacement, chalking and painting. It was a big job! The workmanship was excellent and pricing was fair.
