As soon as we walked in Chris greeted us with a smile and offered us assistance. He was extremely helpful, recommending various options, and pulled out various mattreses for us to try based on the comfort level of matress we liked. A few months ago, we bought two budget foam mattresses for our young daughters. Unfortunately, they had a strong chemical smell that lingered every morning—like a factory in their bedroom—despite daily airing. It gave me also some concerns about their health and this heavy odor. Fin is so knowledgeable about mattresses that I felt confident in making a decision. Ken is so kind too and helped to setup the mattress right away for me. Ken was our rep and he was a treat to work with. Customer service was top tier! Would definitely recommend this place. Same day service as well which is amazing. We're traveling out of town but would return here for sure!
Mattress shopping is notoriously difficult, but my entire experience here was amazing. The owner was knowledgable and took the time to assist me in making sure I got what I wanted. 100% would not go anywhere else. Amazing prices and very caring staff. 10/10 recommend!
