Contacted Len over a month ago requesting installation of gas bayonet in my house. He was SO rude and arrogant. I had to chase him up after waiting weeks with no response and he was again VERY rude! Told me ‘I’m very busy, what do you want me to do about it?’ I was appalled his tone & attitude. Will never use him for anything and wouldnt recommend him to my dog! Stay away from guy.
