Mr. Lake Lure is a management company. I found it a bit inconvenient to have to go to the office and check in, I've had many rentals in my life and usually I just go straight to the property. That said the staff were terrific, Mr. Lake Lure(Greg, the owner) was another story. Reserved a cabin then after arriving found out the cabin I had originally reserved wasn’t available because of a issue with the water and was told that they had another cabin that I could stay in that was a more expensive cabin but I got for the same price. No fire pit which was something I really wanted and the WiFi doesn’t work. Maybe I’m just unlucky but if I had been notified before making the trip I would have opted for the refund. A human answers the phone, asks you what are you looking for to rent, and goes above and beyond to find something to meet your needs! I have been on the phone for hours and this company won my loyalty for all future business because they know how to provide excellent customer service! Don't waste your time calling all the others.
