Used this label company in April '20 and had a lot of trouble. They sent samples but they were not clearly marked/detailed. I am no label expert. Due to this, there was confusion over which material was needed. When the labels arrived and were, unfortunately, not what we thought, MrLabelCo sent an incredibly rude message that said "we've done all we can do, you went against our recommendation, our businesses should part ways."
