Horrible service and scammed us with a bad tire. The guy was lazy and wanted us to move the car closer to the shade made us waste like 5 minutes to adjust the car just because he didn’t want to be in shade. That was not the problem but they purposely gave us a bad tire. We went to another tire shop and that’s where they told us that they gave us a bad dented tire and that it was bad service in their end. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, truly.
I asked for a tire rotation service for a FWD car. The guy did it in the wrong way, just passing the rear tires to the front in the same side. (He didn't criss-cross the front wheels). When I asked why he didn't criss-cross the front tires, he answered me with a lot of confidence, "that is contraindicated, because the direction of rotation of the wheel would be reversed". I really don’t know how this place is 4+ stars must be family and friends. Better go somewhere else seriously go somewhere else and save yourself from such a bad experience and rudeness treatment.
This place is ran by different techs on different days and they charge pricing based on their mood during the time you arrive. Was quoted one thing the day prior and the tech running the shop pulled the classic bait and switch. Mr. Penenori should have a formal process regardless of who’s running the shop.
