I asked for a tire rotation service for a FWD car. The guy did it in the wrong way, just passing the rear tires to the front in the same side. (He didn't criss-cross the front wheels). When I asked why he didn't criss-cross the front tires, he answered me with a lot of confidence, "that is contraindicated, because the direction of rotation of the wheel would be reversed". I really don’t know how this place is 4+ stars must be family and friends. Better go somewhere else seriously go somewhere else and save yourself from such a bad experience and rudeness treatment.
This place is ran by different techs on different days and they charge pricing based on their mood during the time you arrive. Was quoted one thing the day prior and the tech running the shop pulled the classic bait and switch. Mr. Penenori should have a formal process regardless of who’s running the shop.

The guys at Mr. Kool are the real deal! No matter what time it is, what day, or even what the weather looks like, they always put in the effort and get the job done with a great attitude. Unlike other places where you feel like you’re an inconvenience, these guys actually take pride in their work. Last time I got service somewhere else, the guy was nice but still made a point to mention he was about to go home—definitely not the kind of energy you want when you’re trusting someone with your car.
