I called Mr Kool in the morning due to our central air not working properly. It was a couple hours later Eric came out and looked at it and replaced a part. We are up and running again after he was here about 45 minutes. Really professional and knowledgeable about his job.
Brian came through for us again! Called this morning had a bad leak under the house. Brian found it fixed, end of story. He always does a super job. And he doesn't leave until it's done. Good jod, Brian (as usual)
Honestly, one of the best experiences I've had with an HVAC company. Eric came out on a Saturday and walked me through the problems, what we could do to prevent them, and really helped us out. I appreciate that he wasn't selling anything and trying to push to make a sale. Next time there's a problem, or we want to do that upgrade, he will be our first call. Thanks for the help.
