Highly recommended Mr kool. I was ready to have the hot water heater replaced . Upon arrival Bill/Jeremy ask about the job I not knowing much talk about replacing the hot water heater. They said do you want us to look at the old and see if we can fix it, so they ended up replacing the heating elements saving me over $1300 . Thank you all the kool guys.(ladies ) for being honest.

Absolutely excellent experience! I have a 20+ year old furnace. It was struggling and couldn't keep up. Called Mr. Kool based on a recommendation from a trusted friend. Was surprised to find that my service man was actually the owner of the company. You don't see that often. Eric was punctual, extremely knowledgable, and most of all kind.
