I have used Mr. Kool for 3 different jobs this year. A well pump repair, plumbing upgrade and a mini split HVAC repair. The employees i worked with were top notch. Brian was super knowledgeable and helpful on the plumbing side while Sam was a wizard with the mini split system. I had zero issues letting these men into my house while I am not home, which is a big deal for me having a family. Will always use Mr. Kool from now on, for these reasons ; reliability, honesty, punctuality, workmanship and trustworthiness.
I can't say enough about how great my experience was with Mr.Kool! From day one, Mr.Kool has been friendly and respectful. Im building a new home, I have worked with them for many months.
