Keith does not even deserve one star, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! He came out to clean our chimney and then we needed a new damper installed. It has been SEVEN MONTHS of me trying to get him back to finish the job. I left several messages and emails, with no response. I did catch him randomly when he picked up and he gave me a list of excuses why he hasn't gotten back to me and that he would when he got off his call. He still has not, my husband tried calling as well. Now I have to pay three times what I would have to have a ... read more
