I went to this car wash today. The guy at the entrance kiosk was extremely rude. He has no sense of customer service whatsoever. When I had question and needed clarification for something, he was extremely rude and telling me : “email them , I just work here, I don’t own this business.” How dare you talk to your customer in that manner !!! Please fire him and hire someone else to do that job! Other guys working there are indeed very nice and polite, except him !
I have been coming to this car wash for many years now. I tried other car washes in the area and this one is the best.
Got an exterior only wash for @$14. Quick and easy. Done in less than 7-10 minutes.
