Next day old grout showing thru and coming out in pieces. Called no return answer, sloppy work.Owner lived in Florida, but Md. phone number.
Hired George from Mr. KLEAN GROUT to restore the grout on my tiles in the kitchen and dining room. He quoted me a price of $475. I was required to remove all furniture and items from the kitchen counter and the dining room table and chairs. He showed up on time and began work. Shortly after he said there was a problem with one of the tiles and he needed an additional $50 for a total of $525. He was there for about 4 hours. I assumed he would clean up after he was finished.
