WOW---how amazing it is when someone Knows their Stuff !! My replacement key adventure began at Webster *****, which was a rock's throw from me. After not being able to reach anyone by phone, I went in person to ***** only to find a clerk handling the key kiosk from Another department---and couldn't answer any questions. Thank God Almighty, they were out of stock for my Toyota key, because that forced me to make the trip into the city and find Mr. Keys. My remote for my car stopped working and I lost my other key. They fixed my one fob, reprogrammed another and cut me a new key...all in a few minutes. They were very polite and good at what they do...and low cost. Don't go to a dealer...go here...I highly recommend them.

These people KNOW their stuff and are kind/quick/efficient/accurate/pleasant! I have a very quirky car (SMART FOR TWO). Mr. Keys not only could cut the key, they were also able to program the remote (which is even MORE rare of an ability). Prices were beyond reasonable.
