I have filed a complaint against Dr Smith with the Delaware Division of Professional Regulation for his treatment of my late father. Dr. Smith was my father’s regular doctor that he saw monthly. In the last few months of his life his blood pressure dropped from normal all the way down to 72/40. My father had an appointment for a B12 injection and collapsed twice in the parking lot trying to get to the door.
