Dr shatagopam is nice However every check in staff member with exception to Ms Tenisha (she’s fantastic, caring) but first words from check in front desk is Not How R U today? It is DO YOU HAVEYOUR INSURANCE CARD? Ya no what happened that Insurance takes presidence over a Professional Greeting. That really Turned my stomach.
From check in to check out this Office is excellent. The front Office girls are the most friendly and helpful of any Drs Office I have been too. All Nurses and Drs in this Office are kind, compassionate and caring. They ask and answer important questions concerning your care and help in any way possible. I feel blessed to have them as my Caregivers.
My visit was after a scheduled echocardiogram. Dr Shatagopam reviewed the results with me and recommended making some medication changes. I did not feel rushed and he answered questions which I had. Virginia contacted me to get me set up with the new prescriptions. She was extremely helpful in assisting me with reducing prescription costs. I was pleased with my appointment.
