One without ego, a needle in a haystack, not many like that. Not one to talk down, ignore your concerns or puts money in front of patient care. Dr Justin Lade performed arthroscopy on my left knee. It was amazing. I felt so comfortable in his hands because of his caring, professional knowledge and meticulous operation skills. Highly recommended - 10/10
