I am mixed when it comes to my review. Bottom line: if you have a serious problem, I recommend going to a proper shop where they take accountability and work with you if the problem persisted despite the work done. Mr. jump Start is VERY friendly and hard working. He’s also mobile and convenient. Like a few other people I’ve heard from, he was NOT responsive when the vehicle persisted to have issues AFTER the work was “complete”. He does not communicate that he does not know what is going on.
