Ordered 1 pizza for pick-up, was told it was gonna be $17!!! For ONE, ONE topping pizza? UHH. NO. When I wanted to know why I could go to another location and get a pick-up special for $9.99, the "manager" (which was just a shift-leader) said she would call the cops on me for harassment. 0 out of 0 stars. Do not recommend. Horrible customer service--this place has seriously gone downhill.
RecommendedFantastic pizza. Second time I have ate there and I continue to go back. Cinnamon sticks are mouth watering.
They stated “ we are closed due to being too busy. we might open back up at 6pm if we can get caught up.” Poor business. I understand they might be short staffed but that explanation Unacceptable
Horrible horrible horrible! The worst customer service I have ever seen. When you ask “do you deliver to my address” and they said “yes”. Then the delivery driver calls and says we don’t deliver there, you say “Ok, l’ll come get it.” And before you can get there they canx your order and throw away your pizzas! All three! Never again jim.
I found out Mr. Jim's has a gluten-free crust, and I'm busy today around the house. So I decided to try it. I got pepperoni with extra cheese. It was AMAZING. Their competitor's g-f crust is like cardboard, so I was hesitant. But it was really pretty good! And the sauce was the perfect blend of zesty and spicey. I'll be ordering again, for sure. We have called and put on hold for way too long. One time they couldn’t take our Order because the computers were down. REALLY, how hard is it to grab a pen and write it down and use the hard copy menu to get the prices? Service at this location has gone down tremendously. We have been on hold for way to long too many times.
my daughter ordered pizza Friday night. they said 30-45 minutes. we called 45 minutes, the girl was snotty and said she told Everyone an hour. it took one hour and 10 minutes! then to top it off the pizza was lukewarm. salty, barely any cheese. the cinnamon sticks were doughy. ugh!
