The day I ordered the necklace I bought is the same day the item was shipped. It was fast shipping and item received was correct item ordered.
Return experience has been terrible. Been over a week since I contacted them about a refund and they hang up each time saying they need to talk to their supervisor. I haven’t received my refund yet and am still waiting for their email or call.
Very rude lady
I found a really great deal on this Seiko on the M&R website but I was hesitant because their email address on the website bounced and it was unclear if they were a legit place, but they have a big Facebook presence and use Shopify. The order went through and they shipped the next day. They included a cute little turtle and Seiko bag. I was happy with the price and service. thank you!
