Very professional and take the time to explain 👍🏼
I had a large kidney stone removed (lasered) by Dr Ooi last year and I found Dr Ooi was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I now need to see him again but unfortunately he is currently not available. This is when I found this rating/review so I just chip in with my own experience.
The bedside manner when I had kidney stones wasn’t great when it got complicated. Paged him for pain after stent he told me to stop paging him. Also I don’t think you should bring your kid on rounds to the hospital even if it is a weekend. Didn’t return would go elsewhere in future. **In response to the Doctors response that he has a duty of care to his children, I think you should review your work arrangements to make sure that your children are in appropriate caring arrangements. Best of luck.
