It's been a year since my failed surgery. James Leong is rude, arrogant and has no patient empathy. He was happy to take my money and when the surgery turned out to be a failure, his words at my last review were "if it hasn't fixed itself in 6 weeks, it's not going to. You’ll just have to accept that.” What sort of response is that? He was supposed to fix the issues, that’s what I paid him over $4000 for. I went in for an abdominoplasty consultation, but as soon as he learned I was currently unemployed, his attitude changed dramatically. He dismissed my concerns and inaccurately suggested that my pain was due to a need for something else. When I expressed my concerns, he asked me, "What do you want me to do about it?" I saw him last year to get a minor surgery of cyst removal. He seemed nice to me and tried to calm me down during the operation. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. However, it was a bit costly. So if money isn't a thing for you, then I'll say give him a try.
