I met with James for a second time today. He was very professional, patient with all my questions, explained things clearly and understood my concerns and was very reassuring. At. No stage did I feel rushed during my appointment or pressured to make any decisions. So far very happy with my appointments

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Mr. James Chiu during a consultation for an elderly family member. This occurred at the Coolaroo Clinic on the 27th of May. From the outset, his manner was dismissive and condescending. He demonstrated a lack of basic respect, speaking down to her rather than engaging with empathy or patience.
