Only one star because no star and negitive stars are not listed. This company is a joke. I brought a ink jet refill kit. It did not work. Their instruction even had conflefting info. I called the company and explained the situation and their rep Senora is a idiot. She sate she has been there 4 years and she dosen't even know her supervisor's last name. The management will not returne my phone calls. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND DO NOT BUY FROM THESE IDIOTS
