They towed two vehicles out of the driveway of the rental house. They claimed they send info through an app but expect you to have it without being told to download it. One car was 1 foot into a sidewalk and towed it without any notification even though we were all home at the time. There were also multiple dead roaches upon arrival. Such a great place to stay! They make it very easy to book. Everything is organized as well. We’re on our 3 year with them, and already planning the 4th!
We had a great stay. Thankful to the people who manage and work here for doing such a great job. Very clean, comfortable and convenient home away from home. Every detail was so well thought of in anticipation of guests’ needs. Fitness gym and pools were really nice addition to amenities. Close to Disney, shopping outlets, church. I had the ability to text concierge who was so prompt in answering to my requests and questions. Excellent place to stay in.
I would definitely stay here again. The home was perfect for our big family. We have five kids and they each had their own room so super comfortable. It is very spacious and clean and enough restrooms for everyone. The pool size was also perfect. The kids were in the pool while we were able to enjoy the hot tub after a long day at the parks. Adriana is an amazing host. She responded to our questions and requests immediately. The house exceeded our expectations.
