The lady asked to cook for the bathroom key while he was cooking. He pulled it out with his gloves on and then put a patty on the grill with the same hand. That is the bathroom key. Thats worse than any other thing you can before handling food.
Both bathrooms were "Out of order" (aka, we just don't wanna have to clean them later). If you have kids (like I do) or even if youre someone with a small bladder, this is simply a dealbreaker. Listen, ANY food establishment with a dining room/tables etc that purposely closes their bathrooms purely due to laziness, deserves to get absolutely trashed review wise. Unacceptable and an absolute embarrassment for the management team and ownership group. it's not that difficult to have restrooms for you customers.
