The place is under new ownership/management. It's a Mr. Hero so you know how it is... The place is very clean from what I could see, and it's a pretty new building so it's not run-down or seedy. They seem to always be understaffed. The staff they DO have, however, seems OK but it's EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to understand what they're saying due to an EXTREME Indian/Hindu accent.
