I ordered a Roman burger combo today. Unfortunately, it wasn’t cooked properly. It seemed like it was done in a rush, and it came out quite disappointing. The store was quite slow, and it didn’t seem busy. I called in and asked if I could have my order remade because I was unsatisfied. The employee declined and told me that they were unable to do so
At this location is probably the freshest i've ever had mister heroes. Really really good, waited for a minute, but it was worth it
Don't get the "hero nuggets" ----- They use fancy words like "kentucky bourbon chicken," "teriyaki chicken," "garlic parmesan chicken," etc. ---- giving me the impression that it's something of quality, but it's literally just a very processed chicken nugget you'd expect to see at McDonald's, covered in sauce......Why do we live in a world where we get tricked into eating junk??? and also - it was too cold in this place, and they were unable to adjust the temperature.
