They don't make the food right. Second time trying this location after a long time and it was nasty then. I remembered as I walked in so it was too late to cancel my on app order. Sandwich very dry then very moist if u bite the other end. Fries overcooked and nearly this burned yet cold. Disgusting. Gave it a 2 bcuz the food was ready when I arrived.
The lettuce on the sandwiches was rotten and the quality of the meat was very bad.
I called at 8:00 to order a sandwich while I was on my way and they told me he wouldn't take a phone order at 8:00 when they're closing at 9:00 and didn't care. Poor service. I will not go to that one again.
Their hours on Google say they close at 11pm but they are closed at 10:00pm. Update your hours if you can’t abide by the ones you have set.
The new Waffledoodle sandwich is a bit sweet for my tastes but very interesting with a Belgian waffle bun. Chicken and bacon was crispy.
