The owner takes pride in serving fresh hot food. Yes it takes a while when there busy but my order is always fresh and correct
Called in a pick-up order to save time on way out of town. Was put on hold. OK, they're busy. Fine. Five minutes go by as I drive across town to the restaurant. Still on hold. Arrive at Mr. Hero 8 minutes later, walk in, show woman my phone, still on hold, and she says, "Oh, you're the one (who called.)" Yes, it's me. She proceeds to tell me they were busy, to which I say, "Then why not tell me that instead of keeping me on hold the entire 8 min. it took me to drive here?" No good response. I turned and left.
