I've stopped in this Mr Hero occasionally over the years as I work in Shaker. I stopped in today and was treated with such vial disrespect by the incredibly angry counter woman that I left before even finishing my order. I was the only one in the place at lunch time, not sure they can afford to alienate customers like that. I went up to Charlie's cheese steak up the street and will not be back at this Mr hero again.

"You ordered a *lot* of food." I hadn't opened my mouth or even finished wiping my feet but the cashier was displeased with me. I tried to explain that I knew I was early and not in a hurry. She was having none of it. "Only a white person," she said to the cook, which was odd because she, herself was white. The food, to the cook's great credit, was very well done, hot, fresh, and fast. Christa, the lady at the counter, provided terrible customer service. She was already on the phone complaining about not taking a cigarette break when she took my order. Instead of hanging up, she stayed on the phone. When I tried to use a coupon and explain its purpose, she made me pay for my sandwich and informed me that I couldn’t use the coupon unless I brought another sandwich. So overpriced. Meanest lady ever works there. Says "no refills" on the soda dispenser. And there was no ice
