This location gets worse every time I eat here. The mobile app took my payment but the order was never processed so no food. I had to call corporate to get a refund. Now they won't take call in orders either. When I order in person, the purple haired woman make you feel like you're an inconvenience and the other woman was too busy talking on her Bluetooth to hear me ask for condiments when I received my order. This is a sit down establishment and there was not a restroom available. They close at 9 and they asked us to wrap it up at 8:10 so they could clean. They should change their hours so you can leave early
